Thank you to all that came out to celebrate our ribbon cutting and open house. It's hard to believe that after a few months of construction, we are finally open. Some other people may have the same question or may also benefit from others questions.
Our office hours are posted on our website but for the first few months they will fluctuate. If you go by the office and no one is there, please call the number on the door and the phones will be answered by our staff, not an answering service! If there is no answer, please leave a message. I will get an email notification of all messages and I will have the appropriate person call you back no later than the end of that business day.
I have invested in a lot of technology to help communicate with all our clients. We will always give personal attention to your needs, never an answering service.
Our goal is to match or beat all our competitor’s rates. We will strive to have lower rates to offer. Our intention is not just to be in Real Estate sales, but in the near future to offer property management. If you have rental properties, please keep us in mind also.
My team is already growing and shortly after the first of the year we will add other agents. I will introduce them on this newsletter with a short biography as they join our team.
As we get our business going, I will have a tips section in the Newsletter each month. This section will give tips and ideas of either listing your property or buying. The goal is to be better prepared so the transactions go smooth.
