William Northcut - President
My name is William Northcut, President / CEO of Cross Roads Real Estate Services. I am married to Deana Northcut and have 2 children Brandon and Lindsay. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree at Sul Ross State University in 1985.
I then started working in the electric utility field and now have 30 years of experience in utility engineering and construction. I also received my Electrical and Transmission Associates degree from South Plains College in 2005.
In 2010 I obtained my Real Estate Sales license. Since 2010, I continued working in the Electric Industry while selling Real Estate part time. In June 2015, I completed all course requirements and obtained my Brokers License for the State of Texas.
I have met many exciting people while selling Real Estate and enjoy helping people find their new home or property. My hobbies include hunting and wood working. I also enjoy traveling and meeting new people.

Texas Tech University.
I have been in the insurance industry for 35 years. I have my P&C and adjusters license.
I am married to William Northcut and have 2 children-Brandon & Lindsay.
My name is Brandon Northcut, Manager of IT at Cross Roads Real Estate Services. I graduated with honors from Monterey High School and attended Texas Tech University, and Sam Houston State University, earning a degree in Business Administration.
Lindsay Northcut - Office Manager
My name is Lindsay Northcut, Office Manager at Cross Roads Real Estate Services. I graduated salutorian and with honors from Christ the King Cathedral High School in Lubbock. I graduated from Texas Tech University, earning a degree in Plant and Soil Science.
